When the body is holding too much, a different kind of support may be needed
When the nervous system has been under strain for a long time, patterns of bracing, hyper-vigilance, fatigue, and dysregulation can become deeply ingrained. Gentle, body-based work can help support regulation, settling, and a greater sense of safety in the system. Stress can settle into the nervous system, the breath, and the body in ways words alone do not always shift. What has lived in tension may be waiting not for more effort, but for safety. For stillness. For a different kind of listening.
Support regulation and a greater sense of ease
Chronic stress can shape the body’s baseline state, affecting how we breathe, rest, respond, and recover. These sessions offer gentle support for regulation, helping the nervous system move out of chronic strain and toward greater steadiness, softness, and ease.
Restore connection in body, heart, and spirit
Some forms of stress reach beyond the mind, touching the body, the emotional life, and the deeper inner ground. This work offers a space for healing that is both embodied and spiritually grounded, supporting reconnection, restoration, and a fuller sense of wholeness.
Create the conditions for deeper healing
A system that has been under strain for a long time often needs more than insight, it needs safety. Through gentle, body-based support, these sessions create space for what has been braced, burdened, or held for too long to begin to settle and shift.

A more grounded, spacious approach to healing
Body-based and nervous-system aware
Chronic stress and emotional strain can become deeply embodied, shaping how we breathe, rest, respond, and recover. This work supports healing at the level of the nervous system, helping the body move toward greater regulation, safety, and ease.
Personalised to what is present
No two sessions are exactly the same. Each one responds to what is happening in the body, the nervous system, and the wider inner landscape, rather than following a rigid formula.
Spiritually grounded
For some, healing is not only physical or emotional, but also spiritual. These sessions make space for the deeper inner life, offering support that honours both the body and the unseen dimensions of experience.
Held in person, with care and presence
There is something distinct about being supported in the room through presence, pacing, and a carefully held space that allows the body and nervous system to settle more fully.
Gentle, not forceful
A system that has been under strain for a long time often needs safety more than pressure. This work is guided by slowness, listening, and attuned support, allowing what has been held in tension to begin to soften in its own time.
A restorative approach for those who have been carrying much
This work suits those who have been holding a great deal, inwardly or outwardly, and who are ready for a more supported, less effortful way of healing.
Meet the practitioner Nic
After almost 4 years in the corporate world, I came to a point where many people may be familiar with, the life I was living no longer felt aligned with what was true for me. From the outside, it may have looked successful, but inwardly I felt anxious, disconnected, and as though I was betraying something essential.
That turning point became an invitation to listen more honestly to what needed to change. It led me into a deeper exploration of healing, embodiment, kinesiology, craniosacral therapy, and spiritually grounded inner work.

Frequently asked questions
People come for many different reasons. Some are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, emotionally full, or disconnected from themselves. Others are moving through a life transition, a period of inner change, or simply know that something in them needs care, space, or support.
Your first session is 90 minutes to allow time for us to form a useful connection. We usually begin with a gentle conversation about what is bringing you in, and it can be followed by body or energy-based work shaped around what is present in your system.
Not at all. People may arrive with a general sense that something is difficult, overwhelming, painful, or out of alignment, without having clear words for it. The session offers a place to begin from where you are.
My approach is spiritually grounded, but offered in a gentle and spacious way. You do not need to hold any particular beliefs to come. The work simply makes room for the deeper inner life, where that feels relevant and welcome.
That is completely okay. You do not need to arrive calm or know how to “do” the session well. This work is designed to meet the body gently, including when the nervous system has been carrying stress or vigilance for a long time.
That varies from person to person. Some people begin with a single session, and that might be enough. Others may benefit from follow-up sessions or blocks of 4 sessions for more continuity and deeper support over time.
Some concession places are available for people with lower proximity to power. This may include people experiencing financial hardship, as well as those affected by structural inequity or marginalisation, including people who are underpaid, underemployed, disabled, trans or gender diverse, LGBTQIA+, First Nations, racialised, or otherwise carrying reduced access to stability, safety, and support.
For those with greater access to financial resources, stability, and social power, I invite you to select the standard pricing.
When you’re ready, this work is here
You do not need to force your way into healing. Sometimes the first step is simply finding a place where you can arrive, be met, and begin gently.
A calmer nervous system
A more spacious place to land
